Keith Levine passed away on November 11, 2022. He was 65. He was a founding member of the Clash, but left the band before they had released an album. He also helped persuade Joe Strummer to join the band.

Along with John Lydon (after the Sex Pistols broke up) he founded Public Image Ltd. He was with that band for their first three albums, departing prior to the fourth in 1983 due to creative disagreements. He moved on to Los Angeles and was heavily involved in writing and producing as well as playing guitar.

He contributed to many artists and continued until he passed. A great player, enjoy the video.

  • Remembering Rob Noakes

Rob Noakes passed away on November 11,2022. He was 75. Rob was an early member of Stealers Wheel and collaborated with Gerry Rafferty on several occasions. He left the band before they released any music. In his career, he released 23 albums, most of them solo efforts.

The video is his song “Branch” from his 1974 album “Red Pump Special”. This is an album worth getting if you can find it, a very strong effort.
